About Physical Culture:

ABOUT ME

Physical culture was a health and strength training movement that originated during the 19th century as a way to combat the “diseases of affluence.” This was during the dawn of the industrial revolution as people left the rigors of farm life for jobs in the city.

Physical culture’s mission is to remedy that with the safest, most effective means and methods to date.

Aside from the fact that most don't screen students for mobility issues or teach and slowly introduce them
